You're not bad at fat loss, you know what to do.

You've just been misled around the meaning of food.

There is no such thing as "good" or "bad" food. But social media has made us think there is.

We've put labels on food and the second we eat them, we attach those labels to ourselves.

That food is bad. So we're "bad."

Guilt rolls in and creates a cycle of overeating, disappointment, undereating and overtraining.

There's more calorie dense foods, yes. There's less nutrient dense foods, yes.

When you change the labels and work on food freedom, the process of fat loss becomes much easier.
